So I arrived here at midday today.
Feeling a bit lost. Everything is so ... strange.
Not sure what to do now.
Starting to get a bit anxious. A bit teary. Trying hard not to think, or to feel.
Wishing I had a bourbon or some chips or junk food. Something to keep me busy and not feeling.

@utopia I had about 4 hours sleep but no dreams and no nightmares. I am still really tired but I have my psychiatrist app in a couple of hours so can't go back to sleep just yet.
You are being a cheeky little cocky (and lazy) but you may as well take advantage of it while you can
