Hi @utopia
Remember the days of feeling stoned and giggly - one or the other - wow - that seems so long ago
Having things we have to do can hold us back in life and with our mental well-being - I know this - if I put things off they get bigger and harder to handle and I have lived a few years now so I know I have done a little putting off or had things put off by other people and it is not good and anger will build up - oh wow - does it
My ex-h was into putting things off - maybe that was good but he coud be sneaky and nasty about things and if I had been able to end the farce of a marriage earlier life would have been different and I would have had less trouble with reactive depression but there was always something - like today with your doctor not writing up your referal - this is anger-forming - and it adds to the whole story - I am sorry about that
So it has to be the whole story from when things first went wrong and writing it all down must have been hard work but at last you have done it and I bet that was exhausting -
I wish you the best with your claim - that can be a hard process - there was something I let go in the past - I was told my shoulder injury was old but I had proof that it was in the accident - no one told me - and when my son died it all got too much - I let that go but luckily my private insurance picked up the cost after TAC wouldn't pay - but I never got any compensation - I let it go - I had to let it go - but I know this can leave a mark in our memory and this is not fair at all -
But 11 days in hospital go and you can control your anger and wait for your smoke - is this an improvement? - a few weeks ago this would have been really hard for you
I am thinking of you and hope you are improving - this will take some time - is there a limit on how long you are in hospital now?
All the best Utopia
