Hi @Owlunar
I am so rapt to receive your reply. Your beautiful cat is clearly doing ok at the age of 14. One on my previous rescues rocked on until 21, her name was Rime (white frost) and I am fortunate that I was with her to help her pass onto the care of the great egyptian cat goddess. I hope your beautiful furrbaby, who has clearly the best mutual love does well.
I am glad that you have a daughter, I hope she also loves you dearly.
I do not - however I have furrbabies instead. Pretty well all rescued. They are all indoor cats and are therefore safe. It is interesting though because they have no idea they are actually cats. Seems to be fine by them though.
I have 2 very mature brothers named Articulate (black with a white chest and dark green eyes) and P...sy (ginger and white, AKA special),
When P....sy (pathetic name, however I wasn't sure he would be able to stay) looks at you, you can't help knowing that he is seeing much more.
I have baby girl (she was rescued at 4 weeks from a major road) Stongly bonded, vocal and a tabby. She likes to sleep on my head........etc. and follow me. I have Oracle - rescued, long haired and pure white, 6kg and deaf. Meant to be adopted here. I have Hecate, I think she is an oriental, rescued from a restaurant carparK, whilst screaming because of the ministrations of a male. She was skeletal when I found here and is still fearful at times. She accepts support when able.I have Bast, a bengal that was probably tortured by a 2 year old child and adopted as family friendly. My husband did this for me as I was grieving so badly from the loss of another special rescue. Feline aides is a horrific disease.
Dec - tell me more about your cat, I would love to know. I am allowing myself to experience the sadness and memories of the many beautiful cats that have been in my life,
Thank you so much for your reply
