@outlanderBreathe in through your nostrils, try to notice how the air feels cool as you do so; breathe out through your mouth like your blowing on a spoonful of hot soup. Think about your friends here on the Forum. Cry if it helps, laugh if it helps, cuddle something soft if it helps, tear up some unneeded paper if it helps . . . and I'm about to have another guess on the 'anything but 'it' thread.
