Some hand-squeezing would be a good idea today - I was thinking that it was my daughter's older friend and work-mate who died - but
butbutbut
Telling my daughter that he had died brought back everyone of significance who had died in my life - I was a mess last night - not a fractured soul but rather - all the scars got red and angry - and hurt
So yes - I did have to grieve last night and I don't think I slept much - some yes I am sure - but not a whole lot
