Doctors and Nurses are just people too @outlander, maybe they forgot you mentioning the swallowing problem. Let them know again, perhaps ask if there's a liquid substitute? I have heard that the outside of a capsule is sometimes needed for the controlled release of a medication - so I wouldn't open the capsule (besides it might taste absolutely awful!) But I think it's a good idea to go to your Pharmacist and see if you can get something sooner rather than later, not only because it may make you feel better, but also because it is so exhausting being ill.
Sometimes natural hormones can give you breast soreness, and this might sound a bit silly, but I believe frozen cabbage leaves place on the breast can help 😉
A gentle walk sounds like a great idea, as long as it doesn't make you feel much worse. Whilst your walking look for the good things, things that make you smile inside - and think about the good things, your amazing achievements against all the odds, your friends here in the Forum getting such goodness from you, all the amazing things you've yet to do in the future!
