What do you do when you arent feeling safe but you dont want to go to the hospital and helplines arent working? Also what do you do when distractions and all of that stuff isnt working either?

@CatrionaB I cant do this i am too scared to go to sleep and my head wont stop and i cant they wont leave me alone and i cant make it stop i cant do this.

I am getting really paranoid again and i cant make my head stop I dont want to eat becase i am getting scared someone is trying to poison me and i dont know what to do and i am really scared and the demons and stuff wont leave me alone and i have to do something for them but i dont know how to and i am still not sleeping and i cant take this. i want to scream i dont feel right and my head wont stop i cant this is all too much

@Eden1919 hi thanks for dropping by and saying hello. I'm doing a little better each day, my mother is staying with me for a couple of days. She is having eye surgery tommorow. We had a nice walk on the beach this afternoon.

@Sans911 i am glad you are doing better. dog and bunny are doing ok. i really dont feel good i dont know what to do i cant keep doing this.

@Eden1919-I am so sorry that you are not doing any better and are suffering so much. That is not good to hear. When do you see your doctor or therapist again? Are you watching some TV or something else to distract you?

@Sans911 I am watching tv atm i see my caseworker the day after tomorrow but i am scared about that too.
