I think you need to contact your GP @Eden1919 as @CherryBomb mentioned last night. Not taking your meds can having greater implications, especially when you are feeling tired and low. Please think about this today buddy - your safety is important...

Hello @Eden1919
It can be quite risky going completely off your medications so you should speak to your doctor about that first, you can also call MEDICINE LINE 1300 633 424 https://www.nps.org.au/medicines-line-1300-medicine-fb5f6caab8c109b3 if you wanted to speak to a nurse about this.
It is good to know more about the withdrawels and risks when stopping medication so you are fully aware and educated before making those changes and then you can be more prepared.

Definitely not a doctor @Eden1919 just know the effects that not taking meds or changing meds have had on me. Our experiences are all very different in this regard so I wouldn't even begin to predict the effects for you - that is why I think consulting your GP is a good idea.
It has taken us (GP, psych, me...) over 6 months to reach a point where we believe that the meds Iam on noware starting to make a difference. I have had soooo many different meds and dosagesand times to take them over this time and I have had a lot of side effects while on different ones and also when changing meds.
So getting it right is often a lot of 'trial and error' but the benefits for me now are certainly positive.

@Eden1919 I am a little concerned for you buddy. Not being able to eat or take you meds because you can't swollow is not good. I know it is your OCD that is preventing this and I am sorry that this is happening for you.
Can you describe exactly how your are feeling - how do you 'feel' different?

Okay so there seems to be a lot going on for you @Eden1919 I can hear how that makes you want to scream, is that frustration?
Can you tell us a little bit more about what is going on with that different feeling, what emotions are coming up for you with that, how are they different to before?

Hello @Eden1919 that sounds tough if you are feeling agitated, alert and awake and giving you a headache, it would help if you can eat something, even if it's small like crackers and drink some water to help with the headache.
Do you think you could do something a little bit relaxing so you feel less agitated, when I feel that way I like to have a hot shower and listen to some music that is calming to distract me from my busy thoughts.
