What do you do when you arent feeling safe but you dont want to go to the hospital and helplines arent working? Also what do you do when distractions and all of that stuff isnt working either?

@Shaz51 he never made another appointment he said that he thought i should go and then said he was going to call my caseworker and leave it up to her if i needed to go or not. i see my caseworker tomorrow. i am scared.
