What do you do when you arent feeling safe but you dont want to go to the hospital and helplines arent working? Also what do you do when distractions and all of that stuff isnt working either?

Both @Eden1919 - I believe you because it is what you believe but none of us would be here if we were 'well'. Just because you 'don't look well' doesn't mean that your thoughts and feelings are not valid.
@Eden1919 it is starting to get dark so I need to go offline for a while and deal with my own 'stuff'.

@Eden1919 and vise versa. 💜 You would be deeply missed - even by complete strangers! I am still trying to get through today, struggling a bit too but we have these forums to express ourselves and to speak with like-minded people who are also going through difficulties also
