What do you do when you arent feeling safe but you dont want to go to the hospital and helplines arent working? Also what do you do when distractions and all of that stuff isnt working either?

@Eden1919-Good. Wrap around you real tight. Is bunny and dog near you? Can join they come and join you in a hug? Try to stay wrapped in that blanket for a while ok. I'll be back soon

Take it moment by moment. Breath in for the count of four and out for four. Sometimes if you clap your hands while counting it can help to quieten the noise in our minds

@Former-Member I cant speak it also hurts too much i cant call anyone they wont let me. even if i did manage to call the only suggestion would be go to hospital and i CANNOT go there G and S wont let me and it is not safe there and the doctors will hurt me there. i have no more options left

Please know that there are always other options @Eden1919 - would you call CATT team, they may be able to offer some support over then phone
