Hello @Eden1919, I think I understand you a little, I have similar feelings. About a decade ago, for a couple of years, they got really bad. It was as if my mind had to 'make up' something to watch me, because the reality probably is, no-one would really be bothered to do that. I 'saw' 3D figures; thin, elongated, humaniod figures, with no features and black shiny skin. All they did was watch me, but they did so 24 hours a day; they could keep up with the speed of a car, walk through walls, embed themselves in furniture - I could not get away from them. My mind knew they were collecting data and instantly sending it to the 'Boogie Man', it knew other silly things, like these figures were cousins of the 'Minute Men' and that I only saw males. I have been through bad things in my life and was in a stressful relationship at the time, what was most frustrating was that they did nothing, they did not harm, but they did not help; and I hated the thought of the 'Boogie Man' enjoying the images of my suffering that they sent to him. I couldn't talk to the Doctors, I just cried and dribbled - but even that, after some time, put those 'Black stocking men' back behind the shadows where they belong. Now I can use logic (if that's the right word) to reason them to stay there. I really just wanted to say, your not alone, you can find help, don't give up. I hope I haven't made anything worse.
