Major depression & social anxiety have been ruling my life and I feel so stuck. Lack of motivation, emotional overeating, loneliness..(my partner works nights and sleeps during the day, i have no friends & my family are either away or busy and I feel like I don't want to bother them) feelings of being worthless and hopeless, racing thoughts... I'm tired. And sad. No medication is helping and I have a support team around me (psychologist, psychiatrist, gp, mental health support worker) but I can't help but think why bother. Ive been holding on for so long and it doesn't seem to be getting better. I feel like there's only so much distracting I can do. Sorry, you probably don't want to read my depressing s*&t but thanks if you do.

@outlander My favourite chocolate is the lindt balls. Mmmmmm. I don't have them often because they are so expensive...but they are sooooooo yummy!

I own three cats and a dog, although my dog and one of my cats live across the Rainbow Bridge.

@STORMGRL101 I think it is kind-of nice to know that when you are being a burrito, there are many other burritos around as well. I know how super scary and alone it can feel when you are struggling with super gigantic feelings. You are not alone.

Lint seems to be a favourite for many. They are pretty good though they arent my favourite. @Phoenix_Rising

Bleh. My care coordinator left a msg for me to ring her back to find out how I'm going. I hate hateee talking on the phone 😖😒 Had neurotherapy today. She's going to talk to the psych to find out whether I should stay on this treatment or start another one because she's concerned I'm still s/h-ing. Partner taking me to the movies tonight. Should be good distraction. Going to rest until then.. tired of the battle in my head 😓

We are seeing "Baywatch",

have been seeing the ads for this for awhile so will be nice to finally see it.

I will be seeing my care coordinator next week so will ask if she knows how long I'll have to wait to start DBT group.

Dealing with feelings of abandonment from my support worker just because she had a very busy week ahead and with a public holiday tomorrow she is only working 2 days and is struggling to fit everyone in. She said I can come in sometime on wed for a quick chat but won't be able to have a proper session until the week after. My mind instantly told me I'm not as important as her other clients and she's abandoning me and blah blah. I see my care coordinator this week so it's not like I don't have any support this week. Just feeling sensitive and sh*t. Still battling through each day... just 'surviving' still breathing....
