I just wanted to mention that co-sleeping and taking sleeping tablets may pose a risk (and without knowing how old Mr 4 is) I wanted to mention it so when other people read these forums, they would be aware about safe co-sleeping.

thankyou @Spookytookims, it is helpful but im going along a branch of i have nothing to do with it and not mentally stable enough to attend court i havent been in a court room since being there because of abuse from my bio father i dont remember leaving the courtroom last time as i apparently broke down and was taken to hospital within the first 5 minuets, and also i dont even remember answering the door or the conversation that took place

and mr 4 is 4 yrs old hence the mr 4 @Former-Member, but thankyou for your concern i also have my friend checking in on us regularly and im on a double bed so he has plenty of room to move around he is also on the wall side so he doesnt fall off

absolutely you need want to have nothing to do with it... and if you were in a state it was illegal you would automatically be exempt. Unfortunately if you are in a state it is legal, it means you have to find other avenues to pursue @Former-Member LIke if it was done to me I could just say ..well that recording is illegal and that would be the end of it.

I think everywhere it should be illegal and your MI shouldn't even be entered into it because it shouldn't even get that far.

But if that's not the case.. then no.. I can see exactly you can't do it, does the person who did the recording know your DID status? If so that's even worse what they did!

All I know @Former-Member is I'd be angry.. and when I get angry I start thinking.. which is why I looked up that legality of hidden recording thing. Not sure what it does to stress levels though. Probably kicks them through the roof so likely makes it not the best option. 😛

i agree it should be illegal everywhere @Spookytookims, and no they did not as far as i am aware but in saying that i dont even remember her, and unfortunately that means my MI is brought into it and also im looking at legal options for them using my sons name without permission as research i did today states that with out my informed written consent they should have used the appropriate terminology instead of his name
