@Spookytookims, in the affidavit they put something in about the kids involved my friends son and my son, but instead of saying friends son or something like that they used his name and they did not have my permission. i do not know why they used his name but they shouldnt have.

the whole thing is just wrong... so awfully wrong... I'm sorry you got dragged into it @Former-Member not that it helps you right now.. right now you need to try to think .. it will work out. They can't put you on the stand with your history and hopefully that will not be enterred into the record you just won't be allowed to be called as a witness.
