Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

@Former-Member first thing is I think jumping on here was great idea.... because your stress levels must be through the roof and that is the first priority to try to bring those down. So good on you for doing that.

Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

@Former-Member are you angry? I'd be so angry that someone recorded my conversation at a friends house then dragged me into a court system I wanted nothing to do with, especially for the reasons you outline.

I am so very mindful of where my MI history might show up, jobs, university prac work, only to name a few of things, and I don't have kids to think about so I can only imagine the further stress of that pressure and dynamic.

You might have to get legal advice, or at least advice of what and where this might mean to the records of your MI, not to mention what you have been dragged into the courts over.

All that aside though, the stress is going to cycle here, because there is the stress of the consequences of the stress and then the stress about those consequences. If you see what I mean. So this is a really important time to do absolutely everything you know how to do that helps you reduce any stress you can unburden of. HIgh high red alert on every face of self care you draw from and do it.

Probably sounds obvious but sometimes in times of stress we forget the obvious when we most need it.

yes.. I can certainly understand that @Former-Member what in the heck is with that? This sounds llike it must be quite a vindictive court case situation, where the parties have some major issues happening and you unfortunately have been dragged into it.

Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

so you don't know the legalities of the hidden recording being made? I don't know Aus laws on that either, whether x amount of parties in the conversation have to agree or not. I'm assuming if it has got this far then there mustn't be any legality to have it disallowed. @Former-Member
