Wish I could come with you to support you. Helps to have someone. Do you have anyone that can come with you?
Hmm! Yes, I spent way too much time in the sun. Not anymore, too many skin cancers, especially on my face.
I'm very grateful that I had them removed before they grew.
Can barely notice the scars.
I'm heading off to shower now.
Will check in later

It might help you if you can find some sort of counselling for the SA
It helped me alot having counselling for it.
I'm now going to group counselling, sometimes private counselling.
I found the group by googling.
When I'm feeling a little better I'll have a look at your oither thread. 😀
I've done my stretches, now shower 😊

@Former-Member - I haven't been able to read through much but noticed that you were around a little more and hope that things have felt a little better today.
I was having a cuppa feeling a bit (lot) cruddy and jumped online to see if anyone might be around and found it didn't feel so good being here either. Super frustrating when nothing feels right 😞 I've headed away for a few days and will get stuck in to some painting from first thing tomorrow. It's going to take a couple of days to get it all done but I think it will be good to have something to put some energy towards. Where we are has heaps of space and things for the littles to do, and more people will be here to give them lots of attention soon too. One had some big emotions to work through tonight, which was hard for them. Lots of cuddles and reassurance and it passed for them for now, but feeling pretty fragile myself I have found that it has stuck with me. Sometimes things really suck. I wish I could tag another big person in sometimes to help and then stay with me too.
Sorry for another down post. I'm reluctant to say much anywhere because I know everyone else is going though crap too. Wish I could click my fingers and have it all better for everyone.

you have a lot going on 😞 and littlies are so much work.. constantly! And i know exactly what you mean about wanting to tag someone else in... even for a few minutes... or to repeat what you've just said 3 times already so you can just breathe for a minute!
Glad that youve gone away and that it sounds as though there will be a little relief there. HUGS!
Hi @Former-Member - hope you are going a little better today, but looking after yourself. How's your girl?
i also wish i had super powrs to fix things 😞
