I just try to relax as much as possible.
Apparently there is a new kind of testing coming out. Someone told me that it's an injection that detects the virus that apparently causes the cervical cancer.
But I don't know when this is happening. Injection sounds better than a papsmear.
But please check with your gp or health nurse about it. 😊

@Former-Member oh really? I don't like needles either but hey I'd go a needle over an intrusive procedure any day! Bring that on if you ask me!

Daughter heard about it in health class at school. 😮😀
Still not feeling good at all. Trying to find energy to shower and get to bed. How are you going?
Been out all day, group counselling then food shopping.

I've had so many tests, needles etc I'm used to it @Former-Member @Spookytookims
I don't like it, but used to it.
Have 6 monthly skin checks which often means injections and biopsies, things cut out etc. 😮😣😨😂
I really don't give it much thought anymore.
I often take an anti anxiety med beforehand though. 😀

I'm going ok today @Former-Member... had a small hiccup but all good now... about to go cook dinner (after I decide what I'm cooking :D) You'll porbably feel better after your shower, showers always make me feel that little bit more human. 🙂 I like the water though.

@Former-Member im already on anti depressants and antpsych meds both very high doses
i might be able to take like resue remedy or something
