My daughter is better today thanks for asking. I must have said the right things to her the other night. One of them was, take a deep breath and tell yourself, it's ok. 😀
That's great you're having counselling @Former-Member

@CheerBear and @Former-Member I think somewhere in the last couple of weeks I've turned yet another corner. Something has changed, I was reading something that normally would make me feel like it was helping me, things I turn to to "re-geound" and have for probably at least 5 years. Today I turned to it to read and this time it was such a strange feeling it illicited, it was like... "I don't want to read this anymore. I already know this and I've got to move on from it"
I don't know what quite to think about it. I'm not writing it here for either of you to respond to really, I'm just writing it in because it's a bit confusing but somewhere in me it feels like I've left it behind and I'm in two minds about it.
I know you are dealing with your own stuff so please don't try to respond just wanted to write it somewhere really. I feel a bit selfish posting it but in my heart I think you would both feel it's ok for me to share something so potentially significant. I have know idea what it means yet. I just feel it means something.
Cheerbear, I wish I could help you. I feel I have something in me that can help you but I don't know what it is.
So I'm just sending you this, because you know it is meaningful from me to you.

Knowing you better now in the last week or so, I can imagine that it might feel this thing is a little unsettling until you can get your head around what it really means. I know you'll work it out - your mind is very good at that. Until then, please keep sharing whatever feels (or seems in your mind haha) right to you.
And thank you for sharing. I really do appreciate and value that you'd share something significant with me/us.
I love your bears and hearts pic - it is meaningful and I appreciate it a lot.
