Yeah, I'm okay @Former-Member. Just visiting my dad in the country ..... no wifi here so I have to be a bit more discriminating with my data use, is all.

i really wish things would et better for you. if i could id make a wand that i know would work and get rid of those troubles for you 
i did manage to find just abit of light in today not much but jsut abit and that was a new gp that i seen today actually bloody listened to me and how bad i actually feel and despite the amount of both physical (breast cyst is back) and emotion pain im in there is just that little tiny crack of light

I still haven't found a new gp.
I have one and half sleep med left. 😮
Looks like I'll have to learn to sleep without them. Not looking forward to that.
Even when I do find a GP, usually I have to book ahead. They're very busy here.
