Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

Oh and you asked why I live in fear of family.
Super long story. 😮😣😨😂
It's to do with being raped as a teenager etc etc etc.........
A lifetime of covering up.
Not being understood and supported.
Being the people pleaser when I was broken inside.
Them sweeping it under the carpet and wondering why I'm not "over it" (all the abuse etc).
So many hurtful things have gone on for too many years. Lots of reasons, too many to think of.
I really want to move forward, but they are always there in the background causing awful hurts.

@outlander ❤

That's ok. I'm ok chatting about it. It's so long and complicated.

Oh, so you're feeling a bit better since iff meds? That's good.
Are you going to try another one?

I need to go to doc to get more sleep meds etc. Have to find a new doc, mine left. I went into a new medical centre, super expensive. I guess it's for people with private cover. Pity, because there are 2 lady gps there.
I'm not a fan of trying different gps. Have been disappointed so many times.

Gosh so much washing again, lol.
I shouldn't be so fussy.

Have mopped half the house. At least I'm doing something.

Would love extra energy for enjoyable things though. 😊

@Former-Member
Yeah im trying another one. Just in a predicament that i cant swallow them and ive already changed them twice cause they were capsules.
I can take this one if i break it in half but apparently im not suppose to do that as it releases to quickly and can increase the chance of getting the serotonin syndrome and also OD on it so thats where im stuck. And yeah stomach wise abit better but nothing else.
Im sure youd have no trouble getting one of those but prob not from a doc more like plastic surgeon or a dating site 😂😂😂
Im fussy with gps too and im sure msny others are too

And yes your up doing sonething which is good
