Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

We were in a hotel but the room was already taken so we packed up and changed the rooms like you would do.

Later that day after settling in someone came in and said that i needed to go with them but the rest of family could stay and continue doing what they were doing.

When we were leaving i asked what it was about and she said we have to go see the wolf. This one was a nice wolf. though but could talk like in movies. He was a light grey type of colour But we didnt finish there. We had to go aee another wolf and this one was in behind a cage behind a secret wall in the communal bathroom. This one was black and had a few scars on his face.
So we all went into the bathroom including the other wolf. Im not even sure why we were there but in the end they said if you dont want to see this go lock yourself in a bathroom cubicle and you be safe from there.
These doors had a large gap under neath the door and as i seen paw prints come under the door . The grey ones so i thought it was ok i was still safe. Then i seen black paw prints so i stood up on the toilet seat . They proceeded to keep walking up amd down the isle until finally they put their heads under each side of the walls but they kept coming in. Snaking under the door and they turned on me and started snarling at me so i was looking for an escape but icouldnt find one so i was headed for the top of the stall wall but the black one jumped up and grabbed my foot and began pullig downwards.

I didnt see the rest as i woke up

Sounds horrible @outlander 😮😣😨
I hate having nightmares that are scary like that.
I don't have them as often since having counselling. But still do occasionally.

I have to rush now. 💟💕☕🍰

I figured out another reason I have bad sleeps. 😮😣😨😴
Whenever I hear anything about family it affects my sleep.

I do my best to avoid seeing them or hearing about them, but somehow I serm to hear things about them. 😠😢

I wish I knew how to move on from this and not let it affect me.

How's your day going @outlander @CheerBear and anyone?

Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

I kind of live in fear of them, but really need to move forward. Too difficult for me to think of moving elsewhere. I'd love to, but seems too stressful and I don't have the energy to sell and move.

Something that sounds so simple, is so hard to "get over".

Just had lunch, now piklets and coffee. Lots of washing, doonah is getting done now.
I haven't been able to use my doonah for years as I've been getting hot sweats constantly. Used to wake me all night, slept with sheet only, even in winter. It's due to gut inflammation, gets worse if I'm not careful what I eat.
This year I am cold, that's a good sign. 😂

Perhaps you might like to read about gut inflammation, because of your pain etc. It's not dangerous, but can be helped with correct eating etc. Just a thought.

😊🌸🌼🌹

Why do you live in fear of them @Former-Member
Ive been freezing i use to be thr same i literslly slept with just a sheet and i could almost wear shorts and a singlet in bloody freexing cold snow winds. Not anymore
Ill take a look at that but apparently theres nothing wrong with me not even IBS even though i have the symptoms of it.
I not long got back from the sick horse. I should be eating something but i have no appetite whatsoever

Did your daughter go to school today?
