Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

Its really hard when your going backwards but there will come a timr again when your foing forwards. Unfortunately life isnt a simple thing though i wish it was. You can hide here as much as you like. Tou can chat rant cry tell storied jokes or whatever else you would like to do here 💜💞
Bringing up emotional things is like reexploring those feelings you thought you were ok with and have been stored away in a box in the back of your mind.
Gently gently does it today beautiful 💕💓💓💕

Thanks @outlander @Faith-and-Hope 💟💕

Thinking of you @CheerBear 💗💕
I think I'll hide on this thread until I get stronger CheerBear. I've not been coping for a while now.

Regarding you feeling nauseous outlander, take note of what food you eat when you feel nauseous. I've had to stop eating heaps of foods that cause nausea, paon, bloating etc. I can't eat chicken, tomatoes, nuts, dairy, fatty, oily foods and the list goes on.
I have IBS so my tummy is very sensitive.
Stress can cause IBS and tummy upsets.
Goods I eat are very simple, if I cheat I feel terrible.
Hope that helps. 😀

Totally understand @Former-Member. I am thinking of you and recognising that you're having a really hard time at the moment. Here for you, to chat to or share a cuppa in quiet if you'd like. Or have a little laugh about whatever. I hope things feel easier for you soon. Feeling down for a while can be hard to break out of, as I'm sure you know

Stress can make you feel like that @outlander
I often feel nauseous.
Sounds like you've been super busy and stressed for a long time and unfortunately our tummy plays up. But certainly chat to your gp about it next time.

Thanks @CheerBear 💟
How's your day going?
I've been shopping. Feel super uptight tense and exhausted after shopping. Need to get a cuppa.
Bought a massager from ALDI plus other shopping.
I read that you're going for a break soon. I hope you're ok about that. Hope it's beneficial for you.
