It's ok @outlander I'm just not sure, it could be anything, but I do know that IBS can cause lots of unpleasant symptoms.

I'll only answer when I can.
I had a little read on your thread and you mentioned that you'd love to move out of home. Is that a possibility?
Years ago I was in a very similar situation and I wish I had moved away from my family many years before I did.
I stayed because I thought everything would fall apart if I left.
It took a long time for me to leave and I felt terribly gulity for a long time, but you know what? It actually turned out for the better.
They were able to get proper care for the family member I was a carer for and they all coped without me.
I really regret the years I spent trying to fix and care for my family.
They found it difficult when I put up boundaries and it was very difficult for me to say "no". Now it's easy for me to say "no", lol. 😂
I finally realize that I need my own life and I can't fix my family and it's ok to say no. They can find help elsewhere and I can live my own life now.
Like you, I was a carer, babysitter, cleaner etc...... And they can live without me, they didn't fall apart.
I was so sick and stressed and didn't have a life of my own.
There's heaps of agencies that can help.
Anyway, I don't want to influence you in any way, but I do hope that you will think of yourself and do what is right for you.
You are just as important as anyone else. 💕

ok @Former-Member ![]()
i would love to move out of home but i really dont think its a possibility, im going to save up and jsut keep saving i might be able to get a caravan but with all my medical expenses, bills and yes i pay rent where i am now as well as my car rego and whatever it needs to run and my horses i dont have much chance to save but im going to bloody well try to
when mum and the girls move out and find a place with mums boyfriend ill eb living with pop anyway, thats kinda whats stopping me. if that wasnt the case i would try to look at finance to get a caravan
@Former-Member i really dont know how they will go without me, mums at wok of a morning so i need to be here to get them ready fro school and take them to school and most of the time she isnt here of an afternoon so i have to be around for that as well. if shes home early then she picks them up but thats only if she home on time.
i think i need to set some boundaries but i dont even know where to start as the ones i tried to set didnt work out to well and i gave in as it was easier on me and how i was coping with things as well, maybe youd have ideas on how to do that?
