Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?
Thankyou @Former-Member Yes, the sunflowers are lovely, thankyou.
I hope that your day is going ok. Any plans? I'm going to go off here very soon and see if the midday movie is any good. I usually don't turn the TV on during the day, but need to switch off for a while.
Just made a strong organic coffee @Spookytookims
Are you studying today? Or having an easy day? You mentioned that you are going to start up swimming. That's great, I hope that you will be able to venture out and do that.
I'm glad you got through your appointment @outlander
These sorts of check ups can feel embarassing when first having them done, but you become used to them. Try not to feel embarassed, the doctor has seen plenty of boobs. ![]()
@Faith-and-Hope Did you find time for a neck/shoulder massage? I hope that you did. Is it today that you are flying back home? I am amazed at how busy you aways are and hope that you find time for yourself when needed. ![]()
I hope that you are having a good day too @Phoenix_Rising ![]()
Hi @Shaz51
I meant to say "HI" earlier. I am glad that the weather is becoming cooler for you, for when you are mowing etc. Although it was 28C here yesterday, still very hot. At least the mornings are cooler.
I'm going off here for a while now. Hoping that you are all having a nice day. xoxoxo

Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?
My headache has identified itself as a detox one, which explains the nausea too .... but that means it's only likely to last a few more hours, and it means I am getting rid of more of the toxic junk that is stuck around my waist-line like a false pregnancy ..... good in the overall scheme of things but lousy in the moment.
My day is hinging around S2 a bit. I am still out walking, supporting him by remote (phone, text) to get up, dressed, breakfasted, and think about how he intends to get to uni today. He hasn't gone into classes all term, just submitting a few assignments online to stay in current enrolment, but he went to the dr before WH came home and we went over east .... so that was the first big ✅ .... and he has made the commitment today to going in and speaking with a uni counsellor to let them know that social anxiety is keeping him out of class and ask how to be supported in dealing with this.
Of course I have WH at home now, and of course he thinks this movement forward in S2 is his doing through driving him into action .... :face_with_rolling_eyes: .... but I have let S2 know that I won't bully him, but I will be there as a firm support and if he listens to my voice I will help guide him into what he needs to do, but the impetus needs to be his own .....
So .... I might be driving him to uni yet, and I do need food shopping from over that way, and that's where the massage place is .... so I am waiting to see how the rest of my day pieces together ....
And still by the river as I wait .... walking and then resting a bit .... and will take something for this headache when I get home.
💐💕

@outlander Hi there I am moderating today, not sure why but when i checked the rejected posts there were a few from recently that were not rejected by myself, maybe some system glitch. So apologies that they ended up there i have approved the few that i could see. Let me know if anythinbg else is missing ![]()

Hi @Shamrock,
I just happened to notice your comments to @outlander about posts accidently being removed. During Friday Feast the week before last, (i.e. 14.4.17 which was Good Friday) I had a post of mine go missing on the Friday Feast thread. The post was about my dessert stomach and how sad it was that apparently some other people don't have a dessert stomach. I was pretty sure there wasn't any rule anywhere in the community guidelines about discussing one's dessert stomach. ![]()
Anyway, I thought I'd just mention it because it does sound like there might be a glitch in the system somewhere and even though I haven't lost any sleep about that particular post being removed, I know that sometimes it can be super distressing for posts to mysteriously vanish. ![]()

@outlander - well done on getting to your appointment. That's that courage you consistently show shining through. Sorry I wasn't here to help you through the door but I was thinking of you.
@Former-Member - nice to see you up and about here a bit more today. Hope it's a good day for you.
Hugs everyone else 💛
