Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

That's great re no SA for a month @outlander 😊👍💪💜
You're doing well.

It's hard when our kids struggle with anxiety @Faith-and-Hope
Especially when we know the right things to say to them, it doesn't take the struggle away. Wish we could take it from them, but it's a journey they have to conquer themselves.
He has a great mummy.
Bummer that WH is tough on him. Hopefully S2 can keep out of his way. 😮
Great that S2 is going to see a counsellor. A good step in the right direction.
I hope the headache has eased. 💗💕

@Former-Member Yes i'm ok, thank you for asking. 🙂

@outlander good on you for getting through that door, and bet it is sooo much better to have that reassurance of having it checked.

@Former-Member love that gorgeous purple flower in my favourite shade, so good when I see it popping up more often. I don't know why you are reluctant to post. I always find your posts thoughtful and a pleasure to read.

Hey @outlander - i saw you post on another thread. Are you ok?

Hi @Spookytookims 🙂 hope you've had a good day. I wanted to say I understand why you'd need to take a step back from my stuff. I've tried to keep it away from everywhere else so it's easier for people to stay away if they want. Just wanted to say hi anyway. Hope that's ok

Sorry to hear that @outlander 😞 Is there anything you think might help you be more ok at the moment?

You definitely have a lot going on @outlander and I can see why you'd want some relief from your problems

Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

@CheerBear I think you misunderstood my post.

@outlander i'm glad your post was reinstated. I am still not happy about mine. Mine was observation and warning of things that might not have been thought about. Initially it did name you because I wrote it about you. But I happily edited that out. But still it will never be read and I really think it raises very important issues that nobody is seemingly "getting".

In your case though, what I wrote about has worked out ok. So that at least is something. My fear is it could repeat and for someone else the outcome may not be so positive. But hey, nobody seems to give a shite about that, so why should I. So Im not.

Yes you're right, I do @outlander but I am ok at the moment and I wouldn't have offered to chat if I wasn't. If you want somewhere else to chat then head to another thread. I'm not great at working out where and what and how to go about posting here too lol. I think we're all working stuff out.

But anyway, here for you. To chat to for a bit now and thinking of you anyway.
