Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

Hi @Spookytookims ❤
I always appreciate your messages and I think
I understand how you're feeling.
Will chat more later. I'm super tired.

@Former-Member 💜
It's fine you messaging here. I appreciate you too. 😙

Please don't think I left the forums because we had a misunderstanding. Not at all. I totally understood that it was a misunderstanding.
I realized that I did need to start a thread where I could go and share my "stuff".
It's ok, honest. I realized straight away that it was a misunderstanding .
I decided that it was less stressful for me to not mesage on too many threads, not because I was upset. 💟💕

I left the forums for many reasons. I was being triggered, getiing upset about various things.

I am super sensitive, but I'm learning not to over react to things.

Glad you brought this up @Former-Member because I don't want you or others to think I left the forums because we had a misunderstanding.
Definitely was for many other reasons. 💕

@outlander
How did your appointment go? 💟

Will chat later @Faith-and -Hope 💜

Hi anyone else around 💜💕

Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

Thank you @Former-Member for your kind words. I understand how it happened and it was a difficult time but I'm really glad we both came through it ok. I hope your spirits lift a bit soon. It's hard when it's so relentless. Hoping the sunflowers will brighten your day.

I also know youll be hurting a bit @Spookytookims. Please keep being you even when it feels wrong. Your heart always shines through. You and I both missed the mark on supporting someone we care about but your posts spoke volumes to me and I know they did to her too but sometimes everything hurts too much or there is too much fear. We want to fix it all, but damn sometimes without a magic wand it's hard and our hands get tied behind our back. The sunflowers are for you too. I hope they help cheer your day.

@outlander I hope you've settled back and your appointment was ok. It all gets scary and overwhelming sometimes hoping some sunflowers help you too

@Faith-and-Hope Thinking you could have something to brighten your day too.

@Phoenix_Rising I'm making one bunch of flowers go to 5 people. Got to love the internet really. You've offered so much beautiful support around the forum. I hope they brighten you day, no touching involved 😊

hugs to you all and everyone on the thread 💜🤗

That sounds okay @outlander .....

Well done ❣ .... you got through it .....

Yeah, women's health check ups can be a bit embarrassing at times for all of us .... so you are far from alone in that ..... any flushed cheeks going on right now ladies .... lol ..... not trying to down-play the traumas you have been through @outlander, you and many others on the forum ..... just trying to give you a bit of a hand over one of the speed bumps on life's path that we all encounter along the way.

We will be around and waiting to hear progressively how you get on with it al, but try not to panic, and know that we are right here when it gets a bit wobbly .....

Hugs ..... 🤗💙💕
