Thanks @CheerBear. I tend to get over enthusiastic though at times when trying to help and just bombard. Poor @Former-Member has been on the receiving end many times in the past.
My experiences now tell me what @Phoenix_Rising was alluding to. You need to learn the game and then play it with public mental health. It gets messy. If it's any consolation my phams worker called MHT on me in the early days too.
BUT I digress.

@CheerBear Lol re the kick boxing but I think it would be great. I don't have so much physical anger. Mine tends to do the opposite and flattens me and I have to sleep it off but I wish I could harness energy from it. We are never happy with what we have hey.
Ive just been finding photography on Pinterest but things like birthday cards and heaps of other random stuff. I seem to not be able to stick with much at the moment.
Yes I purchased an app on my iPad and do jigsaw puzzles. @Faith-and-Hope does free online ones. It's seriously the only way I pass time when I'm distressed. When I can't do them anymore I'm in real trouble. I've done them 10 hrs straight one day. I do 400 piece ones in just over an hour mostly but you can chose the quantity of the pieces.
You do realise we are playing catch up conversations ATM it's a bit like phone tag 😂
Night night @Former-Member, @Former-Member

There's way too much on pinterest. It's a great tool for me to get through. I am going to download some puzzles for my tablet. I think that's a great thing to do and the LF can play too. Thanks for reminding me of it.
It's so late and I have to start early again tomorrow. Crackers to think that I am doing normal things like taking LF out, and grocery shopping etc while waiting on phone calls like that tomorrow.
That's not distracting lol. I suck at this haha

You know what @CheerBear
i don't think it's crackers at all. I think it's being a good mum whose got her priorities straight and trying to do the best she can under really trying circumstances. I think just by being out and maintaining a normal life you'll be proving you don't need their help. I hope you sleep. Best wishes for tomorrow. I'm in and out tomorrow too. My wish for you is they get you early and realise it's a storm in a tea cup. BUT I also hope that you'll be ok because it's still scary that you have those thoughts and ok as long as they remain thoughts (said putting mum hat on). I think it's important to express them too and sometimes it helps to get it out. It's so hard when they are stuck in your head going around and around and gaining momentum. Take care @CheerBear 💜🤗💐😴😴😴😴😴

Are you feeling a bit better now? @CheerBear I was skimming through over 300 email notifications and saw @Phoenix_Rising mention something about gaslighting in the Mental Health system. Never heard it use in those terms before.
If they were saying some things just to play with your head, then that's terrible. Not sure what Phoenix was meaning by it because (of course) my understanding of gaslighting is different. But any form of flaming in that situation is a hideous idea and if it is what they are instructed or encouraged to do that is beyond reprehensible
Anyhow do hope you are feeling a little better now..
