Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

@Former-Member @Spookytookims you guys are making me giggle. I hope you are having the same effect on cheerbear. I have to admit this situation triggered my own big feelings but happily I was already due to see my gp and I have now debriefed to her and ranted about how the system is so bad. I am so very grateful that she gets the fact that if she ever got me scheduled or anything, she would never see me again. I super wish I could clone her and send everyone one of her. 😊 Still here with you Cheerbear...along with the bumbling falling-over-each-other-but-super-caring Teej and Spookytookims. 😂

I told him that @Former-Member 😞 i said i had no plan and he argued that I did. Having means but no plan isn't a plan. We all have means everyday all around us. I told him I had spoken to my mh worker and counsellor today because my thoughts did get scary sometimes and I thought it was better someone on my team knows so they can help me manage them. I should never have said anything, but honestly how can people say we need to speak about suicide but then punish when we do. I'm seriously shattered and thought I was already shattered beyond repair before this happened. On monday, if i haven't been sectioned and locked up and my life isn't completely over, the first thing I'm doing is getting out of that program and never speaking to anyone about this stuff ever again.

That was venting and I'm so sorry guys. I know you're all struggling and this isn't what you need either 😞

@CheerBear Please don't let this tip you over. It has for me lots before but you gain so much more credibility if you don't and follow the processes plus more. The process of being dragged to hospital last week nearly tipped me over and by good luck I didn't but I'm glad I didn't either even though I was absolutely petrified. My kids had the humiliation of the police and ambulance again but they're just glad I didn't SH.

Hello @CheerBear

Sorry to hear that you feel like you are in a world of trouble right now, that sounds incredibly difficult and overwhelming. I hope that talking through it on the forums is helping you not feel as alone in this, we are here for you

Is there anything else that might be a little helpful for you to cope right now? Like talking through things with someone or even some extra self-care?

Lunar

It's fine @CheerBear where else do you get to share this stuff and someone knows what your going through. As long as I'm helping and not winding you up.

Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

My kids are little @Former-Member. They're doing better than so many kids do in these circumstances. They're little enough that big ships need to protect them I get that. But I do it well. I wear a 3pm hat as well as anyone. I gave my whole life to keep them protected. And now it's hard and I'm human and sometimes it feels too much for one human. But it never is. I wear that hat well. And a nurse on the other end of the line with a "black and white note saying history of attempts" wants to tell me otherwise. And I want to scream and I can't because there's a ticket straight to hospital.

And I'm venting and it's not ok and I'm really sorry.

I have to ride this out and wait for them to call and I don't know when that will happen.

I'm calmer here @Former-Member than I was before. I'm going to walk away for a moment though because I shouldn't be throwing all this stuff here. There's not many people who get it though.

Thanks again. I'm breathing and waiting and that's all I can do at the moment. I'm stepping away for a moment to try and calm down.

Please try not be to be scared but it is okay if you feel scared because that is how you feel.

Keep venting to us okay it's fine with us don't be sorry, try to stay in the present and do some grounding things for now like using the forum and is there anyone you could also try to reach out too?
