Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

Thanks @Phoenix_Rising. I had to convince him I was ok and I am. I'm reading these posts and it feels comforting. I know we've all survived tough stuff. This is another hiccup and another thing to survive.

Really thank you all for being here while things are spinning so much. It slows it down

Amendment I think that last message sucked. Been trying to stay away from the forum cos I'm not trusting myself but just here for you is what I would say if I had my chance again. :face_with_rolling_eyes:😳😘💐💜🤗

lol @Former-Member same here... I was panicking for her and then I just stuffed everything with posts crossing etc etc... I feel like I did more bad than good. sigh... for what it's worth I thought your help was way better than my pitiful attempt. 🙂

I'm putting all my hopes on the fact that any support is better than none @Spookytookims......even mine. Thanks though. I thought you did fine. It's funny how it triggers that panic in us too but not in a way that triggers us but in a way we want to help and make it go away. I hope your day is ok. I'm now procrastinating on the forum :face_with_rolling_eyes: I desperately need to go food shopping.

Any support is better than none and your support is fsr more supportive than the #@%$ nurse that has just called me. Apparently I've OD'ed in the past which no matter what I said, like that not being true and possibly being said as a form of control from an abusive ex, doesn't count. He was argumentative and incredibly insensitive and is now trying to get hold of my psych, which he won't be able to do, before he calls the catt team. I'm done

I've just read your messages and thank, really. It's scary and I'm scared and you guys knowing that and knowing what that feels like helps me a lot. I'm in a whole world of trouble right now

Not necessarily so @CheerBear. I have a huge history of it. Unless there is evidence you have or are stating your about too it would be hard for them to take you to hospital. And even if you did go there's a chance they'll turn you around and send you home. Stick with you were just talking about in without the real intention to do so. That you were just venting.
