The Highlight of Your Day thread

I thought it might be nice to have a place to share the highlight of your day (even if it's found in a fleeting moment) 🙂

For me today, the highlight of my day was finishing the most annoying round of crochet in a blanket I have been working on for months. This round has taken me so long and I've found it so frustrating that I didn't think I would ever finish the project. Stitch by (incredibly frustrating) stitch it came together. Super excited to get to change colours and start the next round now!

Looking forward to hearing anyone else's highlights 🙂

The highlight of my day is passing my next assignment for college. I feel so relieved I've finished my first subject! Go me! Another step in my plan is implemented.

I have been feeling distinctly brain mushed today after navigating tricky Tuesday yesterday. However, something has just made me feel super excited. @CheerBear, I am looking through the current Big W catalogue and I've found knot cushions. I think I need a knot cushion! Indeed, perhaps that's where I've been going wrong all this time - not having a knot cushion. Just imagine...if I get a knot cushion and have it beside me while I sit here at the computer, then I would be not sitting on my knot cushion while talking to my not friend. Oh yes, I'm pretty sure a knot cushion is the thing that has been missing from my life. {Wanders off to contemplate what colour knot cushion to buy...}.

Haha that's awesome @Phoenix_Rising! What do you do with a knot cushion?! Is it a decoration? I looked at it wondering how not-comfortable that would be (but funny)!
