The Highlight of Your Day thread

I thought it might be nice to have a place to share the highlight of your day (even if it's found in a fleeting moment) 🙂

For me today, the highlight of my day was finishing the most annoying round of crochet in a blanket I have been working on for months. This round has taken me so long and I've found it so frustrating that I didn't think I would ever finish the project. Stitch by (incredibly frustrating) stitch it came together. Super excited to get to change colours and start the next round now!

Looking forward to hearing anyone else's highlights 🙂

@Smc Reminds me I used to go op shopping with naughty now departed f friend. She used to get a really good look by persisting at op shops re clothes. She was known to hide things til cheap tag day or swap tags tho .. well I did say she was naughty lol

Nails were a huge problem till I committed to acrylics @Catcakes ..... I have a genetic nail “condition”.

One of my highlights today was heading over here to see everyone's highlights - great stuff all and way to go @Shaz51 in encouraging everyone over!

Another other highlight was some time I spent in the sunshine this morning finishing off the main part of blanket made from "sparkly mermaid" yarn that one of mine chose. Now to make a "sparkly shell" border 🙂
