Kind of got side-tracked reading about trying to balance an egg......hmmmm, might leave doing that for another day!

The highlight of my day was catching up for an hour with my friend Andrew. @Bunniekins It was enough time to eat chocolate and drink chocolate milk, just like two little kids. And to just sit and be and chat when we felt like it. I don't know what it is, but when I sit with him he just seems to soothe me. I don't want to abandon him due to some of the things going on in his life and some of the issues he's struggling with, so even catching up one hour a week or every 10 days is enough for me to touch base and see that he's ok.

Highlight of my day....... Planting herbs and veggies with the kids. Might sound peaceful, tranquil even........ Mr 9 and Miss 5 found the hose- lets use the hose to make the dirt softer to dig which lead to lets make mud, which lead to lets paint ourselves with mud, which led to lets clean ourselves with the hose again and now lets have a water/mud fight with mum! Playful little monkey's at my place, but boy they do fill my heart 🙂

The second highlight of my day was seeing @Former-Member appear in Forum Land this evening. Ooooh a double highlight day!

@NatalieS If you were to report in that you had balanced an egg, that would make it a TRIPLE highlight day.

@Former-Memberyou know people pay good money for a mud bath. DIY is soooo much cheaper!!!!

Plus @NatalieS if you post a photo of you balancing an egg you get the kermit dance from @Phoenix_Rising!!!!

@Former-Membersometimes its the simplest things that are so much fun....especially with kids. I don't have any but am such a kid at heart.
