@Former-Member Sweating removes toxins? Well that would certainly explain my current issue because there is definitely a whole lot of toxic ickyness in my inside at the moment cooking my brain. But that's ok - it just means that my brain is functioning at a level that provides high-quality amusement to @CheerBear.

I am now off to my yoga class. My yoga teacher is super nice so I'm sure she won't mind if I drip on the floor a bit.

At a leading supermarket store near you! Mine is Nivea. And guess what? It's extra special because it is "double effect." I think that means it works on BOTH armpits.

I know it is still early in the day, but the highlight of my day was I took the kids to school and went and got some groceries from the street BY MYSELF!

Yes does sound very normal, but for me it was a big step. If I feel ok, I am hoping to pick them up too
