This little butterfly will most likely supervise from my rock stack - Genevieve the Giraffe sitting by my side ready to grab if I am needed in the water - someone needs to stay out of the water in case of 'over-indulgence' lol @Former-Member

I just had a big highlight to my day friends, after a period of inactivity because of mental health issues and my GP telling me to lose weight, I went and did 50 laps freestyle of my local pool. I am exhausted but strangely feel better for it. I've decided to go 3 times per week and build it up over time to 100 laps 5 times per week.

Supervising from your rock stack sounds good to me @Zoe7 and I'm glad to hear that you have Genevieve the Giraffe there in case you're needed in the water! The liklihood of over-indulgence is pretty high I would say...especially with the abundance of chocolate and nutella that will be around
