yeah ive had a look around the forums its seems great so many people with differenr stories though i dont have much to add to them so just had a flick around 🙂 i commented on a few though i did see that thread i think but i ahvent had a chance to read or comment as yet but thanks ill take a look @CheerBear 🙂

Highlight of today here is happening as I write. Sitting round a red laminex table with two good friends. Lamplit by a Himalayan salt crystal. We've hit that part of the evening when we all pick up our mobiles and have a little phone party, lol. We will get back to chatting soon. We've been getting together around this table for going on 10 years. Grateful for good people in my life.

The highlight for me today stumbling across a beautiful kids picture book. It was a perfectly-timed find about being a fish in an ocean with others. Very simple one line per page messages, like "Blend in when you need to, stand out when you have a chance". With these lovely reminders at the front:

meandering in and out of different threads can give you a sense of such different stories and personalities on here.

can also be overwhelming depending on how you are feeling

i wanted to rescue everyone when i first joined because I was so overwhelmed myself

I also had stages where I thought I shouldnt have written that, or this is too long, this is too abrupt

now I realise that what is important for me is that i write my in my own style always respecting all people.

So explore in your own time at your pace and respond to those that resonate.

The world is just too big.

I had a beautiful 2 minute random chat yesterday with a girl in year 10 doing parttime work at supermarket. We covered her career options and my dad and brother dying and talk about kids and grief. WOW. One of the most healing conversations I have had in my life. There was no drama or false interest, just calm relating whilst pushing stuff through the check out.

I've had a bit of a grey day today but my highlight came in the discovery of this tiny little bundle of colour that was hiding behind some taller plants in the garden.

I found it while I was thinking of @Appleblossom this afternoon so I'm sharing it here for you to hopefully come across sometime. Thinking of you
