Hi @Ayesha, thanks for checking in here again. It sounds like a very tough journey. I am hoping you will recover a more secure sense of self once the med changes have settled. Doesn't make it easy while you are going through it though. But it's good yoy trust your psychiatrist. Kind wishes.

Hi @Ayesha, I understand your feelings of shame but hope you can let them go as they are not warranted. You are not to blame for your current state of being. Bipolar, as far as I understand it, has a strong 'brain chemistry' aspect to it that makes some of what we experience simply out of our control. I'm so glad to know you are in a place where you are being well cared for. Doesn't make it easy for you to have to go through this ordeal in your life. But at least now there is a light at the end of the tunnel, given some more time. I think I can already hear a little more clarity in the way you are posting. Thinking of you and will be watching for your next update. ![]()

@Ayesha,wondering if you have recently talked to one of the nurses about how you are feeling. It seems important for them to know you feel that badly. As I'm writing it's only 90 minutes to your doctor's arrival. Hoping it goes very quickly. ![]()

@Ayesha, I'm relieved to hear your hallucinations are lessening. Paranoia is a horrible thing, I get it some extent too. Is there anything in particular that is creating paranoia where you are? Are you able to talk to a nurse or some other person in the hospital about it? That can sometimes help by grounding us a bit more. I am hoping, and trusting, that you will find more and more peace as the days go by, as the meds settle in their effects. Thanks for continuing to check in here too. Kind wishes.

Hey @Ayesha,
if you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts about the paranoia it might help? ...and all good if you decide not to?

Hi @Ayesha, each day seems to bring a new set of symptoms with the change of meds. Hugs for what you are going through. Hoping for more relief for you from all this as the hours and days go by. ![]()
