I've been feeling extreme hot then chills/cold all day...... So teary and upset.
turns out I've got a high temperature and high blood pressure (not usual for me) I've been given OTC to bring temp down and they'll reassess in half an hour
Ive had a lot of meds tonight and I'm just escalating up up UP.....I SHOULD be knocked out

@Ayesha, sometimes med changes produce physical effects. Also the extreme states you have been in over recent days would be stressful on your body. Good to hear you are being treated for them and they are being monitored regularly. One thing that could be helpful now if you are able to do it is consciously relaxing muscles that might feel tight. Taking a deep breath and just letting the muscle tension go when breathing out. No need to do this constantly. Maybe just every now and then if you can. I understand though that this may not be possible to do while in a high state. If your mind is racing, you could write some of it out, even if just to give a focus to nervous energy. Wishing you well. Maz

Hi @Ayesha
Sorry - can you clarify what you mean by 'performance'?
I’m really sorry to hear that things are so difficult for you at the moment. Feeling like you're at the point of no return must be really overwhelming!
You have shown a lot of strength in coming to the forums and seeking help.
If chatting to others on here is helpful, I encourage you to seek out some of the social threads in 'Enjoying time with others'. I'm sure other members will jump in here too and offer support too.
If things are escalting though, it's important to speak with someone. Unfortunately we are not a crisis service, but some places you can call now for support are;
Lifeline: 13 11 14 or Crisis Chat
Suicide call back service: 1300 659 467 or online counselling
Please take care of yourself.
