Hi @Ayesha, it does sound like a horrible thing you are experience with the parasthesia. Wondering if you are able to share some of what you are writing here with nurses, psychiatrist and with fellow inpatients. Just want to make sure that people there know what you are going through. I understand your fears about it. Keeping my fingers crossed that this side effect will pass very quickly for you. Remember to breathe as much as you can through the anxiety. Hugs. Maz

Hi @Ayesha, so relieved to hear you are gaining some stability from the treatment in hospital. It's seems understandable that you might be having more 'down' feelings at this time after such an intense rollercoaster just recently. Sounds good too that there are two or three people in the hospital that you can reach out and chat to. Also that your psychiatrist is advising about not socialising too much, to keep you as free from stress as possible, given the circumstances. It's great that you are looking forward to possibly starting groups on Monday. I hope the parasthesia is settling down too. How wonderful it will be to see your babies when that happens. You are doing the best thing for them too by going into hospital at this time. I am hoping that it won't be much longer until you see them again in a much better state of being. Hugs, Maz

Great news that your mind has quietened, @Ayesha. I can only imagine what an unfamiliar sensation that would be for you. It seems natural that you might feel unnerved by something so different to what you have experienced for years. This feeling seems likely to settle as your mind becomes more used to its clearer state. Keeping my fingers crossed that happens quickly for you.
