im glad your going ok, im going ok just a little stressed but im sure ill be alright. have been pretty busy today though. the rain although i love it isnt helping atm though making everything sooo muddy!

No rain here @outlander, got some spiritual input this morning, lunch and coffee with friends after. Back home I laid down on the bed in the warm as the sun was streaming through the window, might have snoozed. Made chicken schnitzel & coleslaw rolls for tea.

The schnitzel rolls @outlander
I fried up schnitzels (ones Woollies sell 10 for $10). Put them in lightly toasted some Turkish rolls (oblong shaped variety) with coleslaw.
The salad was a bought pack of four seasons coleslaw mix (in the plastic bag - salad section - no dressing added) - mixed with peri peri mayo today but at other times have used regular coleslaw dressing.

Thanks @Former-Member ❤ i head out in about 20 minutes to go there so just took some calmers and waiting on my shirt to dry as i had it on the line but it rained so hoping it dries in time!
