Thank you. Things are extremely dark and stormy around here. I hope they are brighter in your world. @Former-Member

Keep swimming my little turtle, if you allow them, slivers of moonlight will guide you to a place where you will find rest.
If you are able and are happy to and if you are, when you are ready, your knowledge and experience might be able to help me. Is it personal instinct you have or in your advocacy training do you learn how to know when to push a point or when to leave things be. In my case they have conceded lack of communication and the need for training. How long do I give them to organise this before lodging an official complaint? I want to be gentle and achieve change without being adversarial. D

@Former-Member Giggle. You are asking the aspie when to push and when to leave things be? I have no idea. For me it usually comes down to energy - do I have the energy to fight this battle or not. I only WANT to change the world...I never said I've had much success in doing so.

Re: Recognition for the work that carers do
@Phoenix_Rising I can assure you my favourite terrapin, if I influence even a small change for the better, you can chalk it up to your account. You have helped me and I am grateful to you. I have the energy, but whatever I do must be done with love and with respect, Mr Darcy is struggling and the treating team is the only option as we live in a rural area. D

Lovely to hear you got some work marking exams @Phoenix_Rising. It might be something that could work for you.
