Having another breakdownz

Hi everyone and anyone,

i am really struggling tonight, im not sure why, im crying and having severe panic attacks. it was mums birthday today and i tried to give her the best day possible. she is 77, maybe that has something to do with it. i have severe seperation anxiety from my parents, the last time i was away from them for the night was 1994.

im not sure how i will ever cope once she is gone.

im sorry i am really struggling tonight. i have not been sleeping well and have not been feeling well for a while now either.

yes im really missing @Bill16 i really enjoyed chatting to him. i really hope he is ok, he is probably not up with all the changes. i really hope he comes back.

are you not getting the email messages wither @Shaz51 ? i was so missing chatting to you of a friday night, for over a month i didn't know what was going on in the forums. i hope all the others have received the message they need to turn on email alerts. maybe the SANE team should send out an email to everyone to make sure they know?
