You’re definitely not being punished, it just sounds like a really tough, draining day on top of everything else. And honestly, getting the bins and bird cage done in that state is still a lot. It makes sense that you’re feeling wiped out now

Taking it one step at a time sounds like the best way through today. Even just resting on the lounge with Casper for a bit could be enough for now. I'll be off shortly, but I hope things feel lighter for you as the days go by @MissGremlin 💛
