It’s not settling down at all and you don’t need to hear it. I need to think of my own safety which is questionable most of the time and I need to think of yours.

@Captain24 I'm sorry things aren't settling for you sweet. I'm glad you took your night meds but I completely get what you mean about it. I really hope you can get some sleep and that things feel a bit better when you wake up.

Also you have absolutely nothing to apologise for, you never cause me distress or add to things. I'm more than happy to be here for you sweetheart, always ❤️. Sending so much love and hugs to you, you're so special to me and I truly value our friendship here ❤️.
