I’ve called in sick for work as I wasn’t mentally able to be there. I’m way too distressed, depressed and unfocused to be able to drive to work or to operate the machinery safely.

I do plan on doing some diamond art later. I would like to do some together if we can get the forums to work semi ok. Only if you’re up to it and I’m not banned.

Im really trying to have a different approach today. I’m still distressed and badly triggered like never before but I’m trying to see it as I have to make do with what I’ve got.

Mentally it is really messing with me though. The only good thing to have come from it is meeting other people. See, trying to put a good spin on it even though I’m really negative about it and still don’t feel safe.

I'm glad you listened to your mind and body and have taken the day off work, it sounds like it's very much needed right now. If it's ok with you we can take today one breath and one little step at a time together.

Things have been really rough for me and yesterday was incredibly hard to get through (if you can read between the lines). But I'm here and i have a doctors appointment at 10.10am today so I will be talking to him about where things are sitting for me (I'm safe for now).

I know the forums glitches have really added to things that were already going on, they have for me aswell. But we've made lots of special connections here and that's what I'm trying to remember and use while things are hard to navigate.

I might be able to do some diamond art with you today, also trying to rest as I'm still not fully recovered from the cold I've got.

It’s not smart taking today off as I don’t get paid for if and I need the money so desperately for Pix.

Im sorry it got to that point last night. This is adding so many layers for everyone and making things way worse for many, I do wonder how many are leading to that. I’m sure the two of us aren’t the only ones with a high risk.

Starting a new thread sounds good but maybe waiting until things have settled down here. For now I just enjoy connecting with you while we do diamond art together ☺️.

It's definitely not just us, I've noticed quite a few people that are struggling and high risk. It's really hard as alot of us don't have any supports outside of here and even those that do if it's professional there's still time in between appointments where the forums used to fill in those gaps to have connection.

Biggest thing I'm trying to remember is that I'm not alone in this, we're all having the same issues, it's not targeted at an individual to upset them but an issue across the whole platform.

I don’t have an appointment until next week. That’s a long time away with all this going on. But I’m lucky as at least I have someone to see. It could be an in depth appointment.

It’s funny as no one checks in on the high risk. Well not funny exactly but you know what I mean. There doesn’t seem to be the concern really just that it’s the new platform and that things still need to be worked on. But that isn’t helping my safety. I don’t want to be checked on anyway really as it’s just the same copy and paste email and there is nothing they can do but give me crisis numbers that I already have.

One thing I am missing is the fact that you can’t see the reply you are responding to while responding.
