It's definitely still a long time away with everything that's going on, it's even the same for me with my doctors appointments. Hoping when you do have that appointment that it's helpful for you sweet.

I think it's a bit harder when we're all having the same issues with finding and replying to posts, mods and peer support workers included. But I do know they're still here for us and still very much care, they do check in when they are able to.

Yes not being able to see a post when you're replying is making it so hard espescially cos I struggle with comprehension so have to break things down. I've flagged this with them though and it's something that will hopefully be changed over time.

It's why it's easier to keep posts shorter at the moment so there's less to remember when trying to reply. That being said I've just written a long post and I'm still not done 😂

I just got off the phone to my doctor, he's very concerned about where things are at and even more so how the next few weeks are going to go. But I have an appointment booked in 2 weeks and I'll be increasing the dose of the med weekly to hopefully help reduce the nightmares. For now I've just got to take things second by second and if need be hopefully find the strength to reach out for urgent support if it comes to that. For now I'm safe and I'm thinking of laying on my lounge and snuggling with Casper, unless you want to do some diamond art for a bit. But I think I only have an hour in me to do some 😂.
