Missing everyone!

Hello @Nala2022, I've just woken up after little sleep. It's been a really rough night and my throat is feeling sore, I'm worried that I'm coming down sick again. I have a doctors appointment this morning but I'm going to change it to a telehealth one so I don't have to go in there. Things are still feeling so heavy and intense. I'm safe for the moment, going to make a cuppa and take some pain relief.

I think changing your appointment to a telehealth one sounds like a really thoughtful decision if that's what feels most manageable today. I'm also glad you've let me know you're safe and that you're looking after yourself with a cuppa and some pain relief. I hope you feel better soon

@Nala2022 I'm still trying to get over the cold I had last week, it's really knocked my about. To go through that again really would be too much right now.

Changing it to telehealth is better than cancelling it as I know that I really do need the appointment.

I can understand why you're hoping it's not another cold, especially when you're still recovering from the last one. Hopefully you're not getting sick again though

@Nala2022 I just rang up and changed my appointment over. The phone calls to them are very triggering as previously I've had issues with them cancelling my appointments when I've tried to change them to telehealth, thankfully there's a note on the system about it now.

Thankyou, I'm hoping to get some rest today. I just want things to feel lighter and the thoughts to not be so much constantly. It's really worn me down in every possible way on top of being unwell (I'm safe for now).

@Nala2022 i did my dishes and made Caspers yoghurt treats for the week. Now I'm feeling a bit stuck but need to do something to ride out the time until my doctors appointment (I'm safe for now).

Maybe I'll make something to eat, my tummy is grumbling.
