Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@Fluttershy1 I can see how much trying to think of goals is upsetting you. They are hard but an be simole ones. Perhaps the first one could be to get into the MH service. Maybe another can be to get Supoorts in place to help you manage recovery. Even stuff like help to be able to better look after yourself daily. To help improve your participation in the community. These are just suggestions I don’t want to overwhelm you at all.

@Nala2022 Im having a very hard day bunny. I’m sick with the MH and lonely. I’m overwhelmed by what my life has become. I’m hoping some connection here can help me get through the day. I have no ability to do anything else.

She’s abit crazy @Cuddlebear - if you look back there’s photos that I’ve shared, she’s been cute though, we play fetch in the morning and night. I’m also bedazzling.
