Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@Fluttershy1 Hello friend how are you today? I’m really glad you found a psychologist. I know how hard it is to access them. Is that if any comfort to have that happening? I hope the referral to local MH team happens quickly for you. Whenever I see a psychologist they usually just start by getting to know you. Don’t worry about goals.
