Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@Fluttershy1 i can relate so much to your story sweet. My heart rate spikes over the 200's aswell, the doctors have tried to do the medication that stops/slows the heart to see if it would go back into a normal rhythm/rate but it didn't work. I end up in hospital needing fluids, potassium and magnesium via IV as they drop critically low.
I'm also on a medication that's meant for people with high blood pressure but is used for people with PTSD and nightmares, it lowers my blood pressure which isn't great as it is and sits on the lower side. I get the faint/passing out feeling everytime I stand up and also if I'm standing for too long.
I hope they can find the right medication for you sweet. Know that you're not alone, sending you lots of hugs ❤️.
